Objective: Ensure the development of ICU servers in relation to the assistance directors (Bundles) implemented in the institution reference for infectology. Methodology: This is a retrospective, quantitative descriptive study in which the data to be used are deposited in the data bank regarding the use of the recommended directions, which do not say that they respect the safe techniques for inserting central venous catheters, urinary delay catheters. e gold tracheal tube. Results: During the period, 156 tracheal gold tube insertions for mechanical ventilation were carried out, 96 urinary delay catheters and 132 central venous catheter insertions were performed, these 14% of these were installed by servers who did not take into account the aseptic techniques and maximum protection barrier recommended. Hair Bundles and this result did not appear in 60 (15.6%) cases of nosocomial infection related to these insertion or manual procedures. Of the total Nosocomial Infections Related to Health Care-IRAS, 34 (45.6%) were related to respiratory infections caused by contamination in the insertion or manipulation of tracheal gold tube, 20 (33.4%) were related primary bloodstream infections to the central venous catheter and 6 (10%) urinary tract infections related to delayed bladder catheterization. Conclusion: The contamination caused by non-handling or testing of these devices has been a growing concern in relation to the control of nosocomial infection.
